A book is still preparing

Large PDFs, OCR, and legacy conversions enter a queue. Keep the original filename and check the library status message. Failed imports remain downloadable.

A protected book was rejected

Readtry does not remove DRM or redeem ACSM licenses. Export an unprotected copy through the store or application that licensed the book, when its terms permit.

Reading time seems wrong

The timer pauses when the page is hidden or after five quiet minutes. Automatic timing is an estimate; manual correction is the source of truth.
